Before students, faculty or staff are issued university laptops or other equipment, users are required to sign a computing contract.
NOTE- Faculty and staff should complete procedures at HR office and then contact the Technology Service Desk prior to laptop checkout to ensure their Blackboard and NDUS accounts have been set up.
1. Login to VCSU Blackboard Portal at http://portal.vcsu.edu.
2. Click on My VCSU.
3. Under My Web Applications, select Computing Contract.
4. Read through the terms and conditions. On the bottom, provide a valid current phone number and submit.
