Before students, faculty or staff are issued university laptops or other equipment, users are required to sign a computing contract.


NOTE- Faculty and staff should complete procedures at HR office and then contact the Technology Service Desk prior to laptop checkout to ensure their Blackboard and NDUS accounts have been set up.

1. Login to VCSU Blackboard Portal at

2. Click on Tools in left menu.

3. Select My Web Applications, select Computing Contract.

4. Read through the terms and conditions. On the bottom, provide a valid current phone number and submit.  

5.  Your computing contracts can be viewed at any time in this VCSU portal location.
