Students wishing to cancel their room prior to the start of the fall semester can do so prior to move in. If the cancellation occurs by July 15, the $50 reservation fee will be refunded, after the 15th there is no refund to the reservation fee. Students wishing to cancel their room for the spring semester must complete a cancellation form (Link Here) to cancel their contract for the remainder of the year. This cancellation form must be completed by December 15.
