How to Approve and Reject a service request as a Nonagent in One Stop
Users that are nonagents in the One Stop system can approve or reject requests. When a request is created, an email generated and sent to the user. To approve or reject the request:
Click on the Approval link to open the request in One Stop.
Click Approve to approve the request or Reject to reject the request.
To Approve:
After you click the Approve button, A remarks box will appear. Enter any notes regarding the request and click Approve.
To confirm the status of approval, you will see a green circle with the word Approved in the top right hand corner and in the bottom left hand corner of the request.
To Reject:
After you click the Reject button, A remarks box will appear. Enter any notes regarding the request and click Reject.
To confirm the status of approval, you will see a red circle with the word Rejected in the top right hand corner and in the bottom left hand corner of the request.
