Vehicle Registration

All motor vehicles, including motorcycles and bikes, operated on the campus shall meet the requirements of the North Dakota Motor Vehicle Department.

All of the parking lots on campus require a parking permit. Yearly parking permits are available to any student or employee of VCSU wishing to utilize the parking facilities. However, the purchase of a parking permit does not guarantee the holder a parking space.

Students and employees purchasing a parking permit MUST complete a vehicle registration form before a permit will be issued. The vehicle license plate number and the registered owner's name MUST be provided at the time of purchase.

Service agencies and contractors who are on campus regularly should consult Facilities Services for parking instructions and permits.
