Viewing Advising and Unofficial Transcripts for Advisors

1.) On the Faculty/Advisor Homepage, click the Advisor Center tile.
2.) Click View Student Details next to the student who you would like to view a transcript for.
3.) Click the other academic...drop down menu and select Transcript: View Unofficial.
4.) Click the Report Type drop down menu and select transcript type. Click the View Report button.

Each Report Type provides a different view of the transfer course details and VCSU courses.
        a.) Advising XML Transcript - displays transfer course details and their VCSU equivalencies + VCSU courses
        b.) Unofficial XML Transcript - displays transfer course details + VCSU courses
        c.) Unofficial w/ Transfer Details - students have access to this report type - displays transfer course details and their VCSU equivalencies + VCSU courses
        d.) Unofficial w/ Transfer Summary - students have access to this report type - displays transfer course details + VCSU courses

To view transcripts, a PDF reader is required and pop-ups must be allowed by your browser.
