Course Section Status Report for Faculty and Administrators
The Course Enrollment Section Status report (NDU Course Section Status Rpt) provides a list of VCSU class sections scheduled for a term in a PDF or CSV format. This report can be run specifically by session and by academic group/subject area.
The information for each class section includes Session, Start Date, End Date, Location, Instruction Mode, Section, Academic Group, Subject, Catalog Number, Course Title (Catalog Description), Minimum Credits ,Maximum Credits, Special Topic, Instructor Name, Instructor Email, Class Number, Enrollment Capacity, Enrollment Total, Seats Available, Enrollment Status, Start Time, End Time, Meeting Days, Building, Room, Room Capacity, Attributes (Gen Ed or OER) and Attribute Values.
To run the Course Section Status report, log into Campus Connection. Both faculty and administrators use the same navigation.
- Click on the 'NavBar' icon.
- Click on the 'Navigator' icon.
- Click on 'NDU Applications', then 'NDU Student Records', then 'Report', and 'NDUS Course Section Status Rpt'.
- Click ‘Search’ and select an existing Run Control ID or type in the Run Control ID and click ‘Search’. If you have not already created a run control in Campus Connection, you will need to create a Run Control ID by clicking on the Add a New Value tab, entering a unique identifier, and clicking on the Add button.
- Enter or search the ‘Academic Institution’ and ‘Term’ fields then click ‘Run’.
- Select Type ‘Web’ and Format ‘PDF’, then
click ‘OK’.
- Click ‘Report Manager’, then click ‘Refresh’ until
Status is Posted.
- Then click on the Description ‘Course Enrollment Status’ for PDF or ‘Details’ for PDF or CSV.
