To view a Class Roster, log into Campus Connection.


For Faculty Access:

On your Faculty/Advisor Homepage, click on the Faculty Center tile. 

From the My Schedule tab, click on the Class Roster icon to the left of the Class information row.

For Administrator Access:

On your Campus Solutions Administrator Homepage, click on the Student Records tile.  

Click on 'Curriculum Management' then 'Class Roster'.  

Enter a Term and Subject Area before clicking the yellow Search button.  



Status Date on the Class Roster:

The Status Date column provides a successful enrollment transaction date for each student who was added, dropped, or withdrawn from a class section.  If a student attempts a transaction and receives an error message, this date will NOT appear on the Class Roster.


Under the Enrollment Status of 'Enrolled', you will find a Status Date for

  • add dates with a blank Status Note
  • withdraw dates with a Grade Basis of Admin and a Status Note of Withdrawn, which means a drop or total withdraw from the term after the Last Day to Drop with No Record

Under the Enrollment Status of 'Dropped', you will find a Status Date for
  • drop dates, which mean a drop or a cancel/withdraw from the term before the Last Day to Drop with No Records.
