Locating the MAC address on the Roku TV and Roku streaming players
If you are prompted for an internet connection before you get to the home screen, try the following:
1. During setup, do the following: Press the Home button 5 times, then the FF(Fast Forward) button 3 times, and the Rewind button 2 times. This should get you to the network screen without completing setup. You will need to complete setup after connecting to the internet.
On Roku TV
- Press the Home button on your remote.
- Scroll down and select Settings

Scroll down and click Network

Select About

Make note of Wireless MAC and/or Wired MAC Address. This will be displayed as 00:00:00:00:00:00 format.

Use the MAC Address when registering your device.
- Fill out the Wired Personal Devices form for all wired connections.
- For wireless connections, use the My Devices Portal. See our step-by-step guide if you need assistance.
On Roku players (Express, Premiere, Stick+, Ultra)
On the Physical Device:
- Make note of the Wireless MAC and/or Wired MAC addresses that are printed on the back or the side of your player. This will be displayed as 00:00:00:00:00:00 format.
In System Menus:
- Press the Home button on your remote.
- Scroll down and select Settings
- Scroll down and click Network
- Select About
- Make note of Wireless MAC Address and/or Wired MAC Address. This will be displayed as 00:00:00:00:00:00 format.
