Requesting a Live Streaming Event

VCSU Technology Services now offers video recording and streaming of live events. We can live stream your campus event using 2 HD cameras, tie into your soundboard, and also use our mics to capture high-quality sound. We can push your stream to the VCSU YouTube channel or use your preferred social media streaming site.

If you have an event you'd like live streamed or recorded, please fill out this One Stop form at least two weeks in advance of your event. We promise to make our best effort to cover your event, and the earlier you request it, the better chance we will have the date open. One thing to consider is your event location. To stream it live, we need a wired ethernet connection to the internet, so not all sites work. We can still record and post to YouTube later if no internet connection is available.
