Add Calendar


  1. In Outlook, go to the Calendar icon located at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Click Add Calendar from the menu bar and select From Address Book...
    Click Add Calendar from the menu bar and select From Address Book...

    OR select Open Shared Calendar...
    OR select Open Shared Calendar...

  3. Search for the calendar/equipment/vehicle(s) you are looking for. (Example VCSU SF)
  4. Select Calendar and click OK
    Search for the calendar/equipment/vehicle(s) you are looking for then click OK.

  5. Your selected calendar will now appear on the bottom left navigation pane in Outlook.

Remove Shared Calendar / Room / Vehicle


  1. Right Click on the calendar you wish to remove.
  2. Select Delete Calendar
    Delete Outlook calendar
