YuJa: 'Access Denied' when viewing a video in Blackboard
Students
If you see this error, please contact your instructor. Please send the following:
- Screenshot of the error.
- Location of the error (Course name, activity, etc.)
Instructors
Please re-insert the YuJa video to the course content. This should resolve the error and students should be able to view the video again.
