Signing a Computing Contract

Description: All VCSU students who check out a VCSU owned laptop, mac or pc, and/or VCSU iPad must sign a semesterly computing contract at beginning of semester.

Computing contracts end the last day of that semester's finals.

1. Log in to the My VCSU Portal at https://my.vcsu.edu or download the "MyVCSU" app on your personal phone or tablet.

2. After logging in, under Tech Support section, look for a green "Computing Contract" icon as shown below. Click that icon.

3. Verify signing correct computing contract depending on semester. The title should be at top, otherwise scroll down to find another provided. Read through the Terms and Conditions.

Remember, this is a legal binding document.

4. When you agree to the Terms and Conditions, click the check box and provide a valid current phone number at the bottom and submit. You can checkout a VCSU assigned laptop with valid registration and signed computing contract.

Warning!: If you are using a public computer to sign the contract, do not forget to log out.
