Changing Password for Locked Accounts/Forgotten Passwords
ISSUE / ERROR: You receive an error message stating Login failed, please try again.
CAUSE: Incorrect username/email and/or password.
EFFECT: Inability to log-in.
SOLUTION:

Go to https://ndus.rightanswers.com/portal/ss/

Click Forgot my password

Enter your username without the @ndus.edu or @vcsu.edu

Choose an authentication type and follow the instructions.

Once you confirm your verification type is what you want, Click continue

Once you hit continue, you will be sent to the end of the verification page and can do one of two steps:

You can go to wherever the verification has been sent, via email or phone and click the "click here" button
or;

You can copy the block of code and paste it to the verification page.

After successful verification, you will be sent to a new page consisting of Change Password button, click the Change Password.

Follow the instructions stated and change your password. Once done, click Change Password.

A new popup should appear stating that your password is being changed.
Your password should be changed at this point.
