Support and Help
- VCSU users have access to self-help by going to https://onestop.vcsu.edu. The website houses our ticketing system to report issues, request service/forms, or view solutions document to look for fixes for the most common issues. Login using username@ndus.edu
VCSU Wireless - Encrypted Wi-Fi on campus providing secure access to online VCSU resources
- Click the Wi-Fi icon in the bottom right corner of the Windows Desktop. (If there is no internet connection, the icon may look like a globe)
- Verify that you are connected to the VCSU Wi-Fi connection. If not, select "VCSU" and enter your VCSU/NDUS username and password
- Click "Continue" if prompted to authenticate certificate on VCSU network.
- If Wi-Fi keeps prompting for a username and password, either Wi-Fi setup is corrupt, or account credentials are invalid. Contact Technology Service Desk for assistance.
DUO Two-Factor Authentication - Required for state service logins
- VCSU O365 logins, installed office applications and certain Campus Connection pages will require a second authentication method using the DUO app.
- VCSU email and office applications need to be logged in using "VCSU/NDUS username@ndus.edu" and associated password.
- To setup DUO or to make changes to your account including phone number or to reactivate a device, login to https://2fa.ndus.edu and login using VCSU/NDUS credentials. You can also search for DUO solutions at https://onestop.vcsu.edu

Email - O365 email hosted by NDUS
- Access your VCSU email at https://email.vcsu.edu in any web browser.
- You can also access your VCSU email using the Microsoft Outlook application.
- When logging into O365 email or setting up your Outlook client account, use "VCSU/NDUS username@ndus.edu" as the account name/email address. You may be prompted for DUO authentication.
Microsoft Teams - O365 collaboration application providing video, audio, chat and sharing of data
- Teams can be accessed on the O365 website or by using the Microsoft Teams app installed in your computer.
- Microsoft Teams app should be available in applications menu. if not, you are able to download and install Teams application while logged into O365 Teams online.
- For help on using Teams, open https://onestop.vcsu.edu and search for "Teams".
Microsoft Office - O365 online apps and local client applications
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other O365 apps are available on O365 as online applications or installed on your VCSU laptop. Documents should be saved automatically to your "OneDrive - NDUS" storage space unless chosen otherwise.
- If you are not signed in on your O365 apps, simply click "Sign In" if prompted and login using "VCSU/NDUS username@ndus.edu". You may also be prompted for DUO authentication.
OneDrive - Backup and synchronize data files from local computer to O365 OneDrive Storage.
- Launch OneDrive from the applications menu and use your "VCSU/NDUS username@ndus.edu" and associated password if prompted. Choose "Work of School" if prompted as well.
- Follow instructions during install accepting defaults.
- It is important to make sure your OneDrive client is running to ensure that your files are synced between laptop and O365 OneDrive cloud storage. A OneDrive cloud icon should be present in your taskbar near the Wi-Fi icon. If syncing correctly, the icon should show "Up To Date" when highlighted.
Campus Printing
- All VCSU users on VCSU campus use a print management system called PaperCut to print and manage print jobs. For more information go to https://printing.vcsu.edu.
- VCSU universal print drivers can be added by typing "printers" in the windows 10 search box and selecting "Printers & Scanners". Click "add printer" and then "Search Universal Print for Printers" if looking for other VCSU printers if not listed already. Highlight desired printer and click "Add Device".
- You Must be on the "VCSU" network to print.
- If the universal printers are not found, web-print and mobility print are available as well described in solution document above.
Personal Devices Wi-Fi / Ethernet Registration - Required for all personal internet capable devices on campus
- To register a personal wireless device including gaming systems, Amazon Fire Sticks, internet-enabled TVs, etc., go to: https://apps.ndus.edu/campus-device-registration
- Follow instructions on page.
- To register a personal wired, go to: https://onestop.vcsu.edu/support/catalog/items/114
- Fill in the required information and click "Place Request" when finished.
- When the Technology Service Desk receives the information, they will register the device on our DHCP server and resolve when completed.
- Once resolved you will receive an email letting you know to restart your device.
- Restart your device and verify ethernet connection is active.
- Verify network connection is working, if not, contact VCSU Technology Service Desk.
