Staff Senate voted on 10/9/2025 to discontinue the use of the comment box. The majority of ideas being submitted for consideration were not appropriate matters for Staff Senate to be involved with. If you have concerns you would like addressed, Staff Senate recommends the following resources:
Staff Senate Broadband Representatives: ideas that impact all members of your broadband
Staff Senate Executive Team: ideas that impact all staff members of VCSU
Department Supervisors or Human Resources: concerns about specific employees or offices
Campus Safety and Facility Services: concerns of safety, accessibility, and upkeep of the campus grounds
