In an effort to have a common calendar displaying scheduled activities and events, VCSU has launched the official campus calendar. There are multiple ways to add information to the calendar and multiple ways to view the calendar. 

SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO THE CAMPUS CALENDAR

• Option 1: Create an event in your Outlook calendar and invite vcsucampuscalendar@vcsu.edu
• Option 2: Submit your room request through the Facilities Event Request Form. Remember, any request for the Student Center and Alumni Room have their own process. 

VIEWING THE CALENDAR

• View the calendar via the mobile myVCSU app (Android/Apple) or desktop version https://my.vcsu.edu/
• Within Microsoft click on "Open Shared Calendar" and type in vcsucampuscalendar@vcsu.edu

FINE ARTS AND ATHLETIC CALENDARS

• The Fine Arts calendar and Athletics calendars are both visible in the myVCSU app (Android/Apple) or desktop version https://my.vcsu.edu/
• FINE ARTS ONLY: Within Microsoft Outlook, click "Open Shared Calendar" and type in fine.arts@vcsu.edu
• ATHLETICS ONLY: To add the Athletics calendar visit the master athletics calendar
