Application for Admission to VCSU Elementary Education at NDSU

This form is only for NDSU Human Development and Family Science majors seeking to be admitted to the dual degree program with VCSU as an Elementary Education major on the NDSU campus.

You need to request any official transcripts from outside the North Dakota University System be sent directly to the Registrar's Office, Valley City State University, 101 College St SW, Valley City ND 58072.

You do not need to complete the regular VCSU application for admission or pay the application fee.

NDSU students admitted to this program will add and drop their VCSU collaborative courses by submitting the Collaborative Registration eForm located in Campus Connection.
