Request to use your VA education benefits at VCSU
Students must opt-in to use their VA benefits at VCSU each semester. Complete this form after you have registered for your next semester. This form is NOT for Tuition Assistance information.

There are different application steps for first-time and returning recipients.
First-Time Recipients:
Instructions for First-Time Recipients at VCSU.
- If you're a dependent, the veteran must transfer their benefit.
- You must be admitted to VCSU before applying benefits.
- You'll complete the VA's Application of Benefits (VONAPP) for your appropriate Chapter benefit.
- Register for courses for the upcoming semester.
- Use the link below to request your VA education benefits at VCSU. You will need to sign in with your @ndus.edu email.
- VA education payments for tuition and fees will be applied to your Campus Connection account after billing has been posted for the desired semester.
