Student Assessment: Advisor Candidate Disposition Summary Help Document
Please use a Firefox or Chrome browser.
1. Go to the My VCSU website (https://my.vcsu.edu/). If you see the screen below, click on Employee. You will then be directed to the NDUS login screen.
2. Login to the NDUS system.
3. Once your logged in to the My VCSU website click on Student Assessment under My Web Applications.
If a student can NOT find the Student Assessment link, please email Al Olson at al.olson@vcsu.edu or Rachel Bopp at rachel.n.bopp@vcsu.edu. Access will be granted as soon as possible.
Faculty advisors may see the following "ready only" information on the candidate's they advise. The Candidate Summary selection contains valuable information for the candidate and the candidate's advisor to see regarding the candidate's achievements and uncompleted requirements.
1. Choose either Undergraduate or Graduate.
2. Find the candidate. You may search by the first or last name.
3. On the Undergraduate Forms Menu, choose Candidate Summary Sheet.
The Cumulative GPA on the Candidate Summary Sheet will display the following ranges:
- Red Box= 0.00-2.49 range: Candidate does not meet minimum cumulative GPA requirement.
- Yellow Box= 2.50-2.74 range: Candidate does not meet the minimum cumulative GPA requirement but may be considered for appeal following the guidelines in the Teacher Education Handbook.
- Green Box= 2.75-4.00 range: Candidate meets the minimum cumulative GPA requirement.

The Disposition Summary contains valuable information for the candidate and the candidate's advisor to see regarding the candidate's disposition.
On the Undergraduate Forms Menu, choose Disposition>Student View.
The Disposition Data will be displayed as available.
