Student Assessment: Disposition Faculty Data Entry Help Document
Please use a Firefox or Chrome browser.
1. Go to the My VCSU website (https://my.vcsu.edu/). If you see the screen below, click on Employee. You will then be directed to the NDUS login screen.

2. Login to the NDUS system.

3. Once your logged in to the My VCSU website click on Student Assessment under My Web Applications.

If a faculty member can NOT find the Student Assessment link, please contact Al Olson at al.olson@vcsu.edu or Rachel Bopp at rachel.n.bopp@vcsu.edu. Access will be granted as soon as possible.

Undergraduate Dispositions
Click Undergraduate>Undergraduate Forms>Dispositions> Instructor View

Select the course (the example is for EDUC 283)

The instructor will only see the items that faculty have chosen to be associated with that course.
Have your class list of students available on a second screen or printed out.
Search for the first student on your class list.
Please have the disposition rubric descriptors available for viewing as you enter numbers.
Quick Entry is optional. The button allows an instructor to immediately enter the same number for each item. Some instructors may decide to use the Quick Entry and then go back to edit those items that the instructor intends to mark differently.
Complete and "Submit" the survey.
MAT Dispositions
Click MAT>MAT Forms> Dispositions

Select the course (the example below is for EDUC 611)

The instructor will only see the items that faculty have chosen to be associated with that course.
Have your class list of students available on a second screen or printed out.
Search for the first student on your class list.
