Student Assessment: Graduate Studies Help Document-Candidate Summary & Surveys
Please use a Firefox or Chrome browser.
1. Go the My VCSU website (https://my.vcsu.edu/) and click Student. You will then be directed to the NDUS login screen.

2. Login to the NDUS system.

3. Once your logged in click on "More Resources" under Campus Resources.

4. Click on Student Assessment under My Web Applications.

If you can NOT find the Student Assessment link, please contact Al Olson at al.olson@vcsu.edu or Christopher Kennedy at christopher.kenned.2@vcsu.edu. Access will be granted as soon as possible.
Student Assessment: Candidate Summary
The Candidate Summary contains valuable information for the candidate and the candidate's advisor to see regarding achievements and incomplete program requirements.
To access the Candidate Summary Click on Graduate>Graduate Forms>Candidate Summary

If a Master of Education Graduate Student has a question regarding their candidate summary, please contact Christopher Kennedy at christopher.kenned.2@vcsu.edu or 701-845-7303.
Student Assessment: Graduate Surveys
On the Graduate Forms menu, choose Survey. Select the appropriate survey to complete.


The first section will be specific to your concentration. (Make sure to choose the appropriate concentration in the drop down).

The second section is where you enter in your dispositions.
(5=Excellent Quality, 4=High Quality, 3=Fair, 2=Below Average, 1=Poor)

When will I complete the Self-Assessment?
- Entry-Level- 1st course in the graduate program
- Mid-Level- after 6 courses (18 credits)
- Capstone Assessment- during Capstone Portfolio course
- One year after your graduation- We will try to contact you for another brief version of the assessment.
