Registration Process
STEP ONE:
- Enroll in BSC Courses for designated semester
STEP TWO:
Click on the following link: Dual Degree Elementary Education Application for Admission
If you have any dual credit or AP credits, you need to request that the official dual credit transcript(s) or AP information be sent to VCSU's Registrar's Office (registrar@vcsu.edu).
VCSU can access any NDUS transcripts listed on each application for admission. Official transcripts outside of NDUS must be sent to registrar@vcsu.edu.
Application to VCSU is not the same thing as being accepted to the VCSU Elementary Education program.
STEP THREE:
Collaborative Registration Process
Please begin in Campus Connection
Click on the BSC eForms file
Select the Record's Office or Registrar's Office option
Registration Records
Choose Collaborative Registration
Select BSC as your "Home Primary Institution"

Click "Next" if you agree to the terms.
Complete the Student Information page to register for your courses
Click "Yes" if you have at least one BSC course.
Leave the "Third Party" area as "No" unless a company or the U.S. military or some third party pays for your tuition and fees.
Select the term and VCSU as the Provider Institution. (BSC is your Home Institution; the courses you are registering for are provided by VCSU) You are registering for Elementary Education courses from VCSU.

The Enroll Action Choice is to add the course. Enter the appropriate Class Nbr (CN); this will consist of 4 or 5 digits.
Address the Acknowledgement Section and Submit the eForm.

*You will receive a confirmation email (from "Statewide Collab") after your collaborative request is successfully submitted, and another email once it is processed and you are officially registered. Please note it can take up to two weeks for the collaborative registration form to be processed.
