Students may access Campus Connection to view and print 1098-Ts. 1098-Ts
are generated each January for the prior calendar year.
1. Log in to Campus Connection
2. Select the "Financial Account" Tile
3. Click "View 1098-T"
4. Select the form you wish to view by tax year
Mail Delivery of 1098-T Form
Paper copies of the 1098-T form will not be automatically mailed to students. If a student prefers to have a paper form mailed to their home address listed in Campus Connection, they must complete the 1098-T Mail Delivery Request Form found below by December 31st. Electronic copies of the 1098-T forms will still be available on Campus Connection.
