Viewing Advising and Unofficial Transcripts for Administrators

1. On the Campus Solutions Administrator Homepage, click the Student Records tile.
2. Under Records and Enrollment, click on Request Transcript Report.
3. Click the Add a New Value tab.
4. On the Transcript Request Header tab, select Institution: VCSU1 and select a Transcript Type:

   • ADVIX for the Advising XML Transcript – displays transfer course details and their VCSU equivalencies + VCSU courses

   • OFFIX for the Official XML Transcript – displays transfer course details + VCSU courses

   • UNOFX for the Unofficial XML Transcript – displays transfer course details + VCSU courses

   • UNSNX for the Unofficial w/Transfer Summary – student view – displays transfer course details + VCSU courses

   • UNSSX for the Unofficial w/Transfer Details – student view – displays transfer course details and their VCSU equivalencies + VCSU courses

5. On the Transcript Request Detail tab, enter the ID then select the Process Request button.

To view transcripts, a PDF reader is required and pop-ups must be allowed by your browser.
