Completion Trends

• AY Major Completion Trends - This document provides the number of majors completed as part of a degree (not individual degrees completed or unduplicated graduates) during an academic year as reported to IPEDS and in the NDUS Programs Offered and Completed report. The summer term is the lead, not the trailer, of the academic year for completions. For example, Summer 2018, Fall 2018, and Spring 2019 are reported in academic year 2019.
• AY Minor Completion Trends - This document provides the number of minors completed as part of a degree during an academic year.

Credit Hour Production

• Credit Hour Production by Department (Division) - There is one document with a worksheet for each academic year with the credits generated by each department. The FTE Production calculation is found at the bottom of each worksheet.
• Credit Hour Production by Subject (Prefix) - There is one document with a worksheet for each academic year with the credits generated by each subject. There are also separate documents for fall, spring, and summer history. You can calculate FTE for a subject by dividing the credit hour production. The divisor for undergraduate FTE is 15. The divisor for graduate FTE is 12.
