Enrollment Verification

Valley City State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for confirmation of student enrollment verification.

  1. Log in to Campus Connection.
  2. Click on the Academic Records tile.
  3. Click on Enrollment Verification.
  4. Select Valley City State University.
  5. Click on the Self Service Enrollment Verification button.
  6. You may need to authenticate your email or phone on both the NDUS Portal and the MyHub portals.
  7. Once authenticated, the MyHub homepage will pop up. Click the Download Certificate button.
  8. Click the Download Certificate button again and select Download Current Enrollment Certificate or Download All Enrollment Certificate.
  9. A PDF of the certificate will download.

Enrollment Certificates become available to students in the 2nd week of the semester. If you have questions or need your enrollment verify before week 2 of the term, please call the Registrar's Office at 701-845-7295 or email us at registrar@vcsu.edu.
