Enrollment Verification
Valley City State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for confirmation of student enrollment verification.
- Log in to Campus Connection.
- Click on the Academic Records tile.
- Click on Enrollment Verification.
- Select Valley City State University.
- Click on the Self Service Enrollment Verification button.
- You may need to authenticate your email or phone on both the NDUS Portal and the MyHub portals.
- Once authenticated, the MyHub homepage will pop up. Click the Download Certificate button.
- Click the Download Certificate button again and select Download Current Enrollment Certificate or Download All Enrollment Certificate.
- A PDF of the certificate will download.
Enrollment Certificates become available to students in the 2nd week of the semester. If you have questions or need your enrollment verify before week 2 of the term, please call the Registrar's Office at 701-845-7295 or email us at registrar@vcsu.edu.
