Rental Guidelines
VCSU reserves the right to review event plans to ensure that they are compatible with the mission of the university. We welcome the use of our space for overnight or extended stays on campus that correlate with a University-related business.
University groups have first priority for the use of Residence Hall Guest Suites with third-party groups having second priority.
Smoking is not permitted in the Residence Halls or on any University-owned property.
All users must agree to any Residence Hall Use Agreement prior to staying in the guest suite(s).
