RECENTLY CHANGED YOUR PASSWORD AND HAVING PAPERCUT PRINTER ISSUES?

1. Left-Click the Windows Icon at the bottom left of your screen and type "Manage Windows Credentials".
   
2. Left-Click Manage Windows Credentials and a new screen should appear.
   
3. Under Windows Credentials, Left-Click papercut2.vcsu.edu to reveal more information.
4. Click Edit and delete the content in the password box.
5. Enter your new password that you used on your recent NDUS password change.
6. Restart your computer by going to the Windows Icon  > Power  > Restart
