NDUS User Change Password How to change your NDUS/VCSU password? Open your web browser and go to: https://ndus.rightanswers.com/portal/ss/ Scroll down on the page and click Change my Password. NDUS Login page will appear. Enter your NDUS User Name and PasswordNot sure of your username? See Forgot my User ID Click Sign in Click the Change Password icon. After reviewing the password policy shown, enter a new password and confirm it. When finished press Change Password. After changing your password, we recommend updating your NDUS password credentials on devices connecting to email, Blackboard, MS Office, etc. NOTE: If you are unable to get your password changed, you may be required to contact the VCSU Help Desk at 1-701-845-7340.Be prepared to provide a state-issued photo ID or driver's license just in case it is needed for verification purposes.
