Common issues for users after submitting print jobs:
Finished: Queued for printing: The job was successfully uploaded and sent to the printer. If the job doesn't appear, check if the issue occurs without Web Print.
Finished: Held in a queue: The job is held because Hold/Release or Find-Me Printing is configured. Users need to release the job at a copier or Release Station.
Denied: [Reason]: Jobs may be denied due to insufficient credit, size limits, page limits, disallowed file extensions, or color/duplex restrictions.
Canceled: Canceled by print policy: Occurs when print scripting is enabled and requires a pop-up, which Web Print doesn't support.
Failed: Printer is currently not available: The printer cannot be found.
