CSI Cable hosts the internet at the President's House. Users experiencing network issues need to contact the Information Desk at the Student Center for support. The Information Desk will then contact CSI directly at 701-845-4383.

The following information should be gathered before calling CSI.

• Are the lights on the router flashing?
• Is the Network light on?
• Are they connecting to the proper SSID? President House?
• When did it happen?
• What device(s) are not connecting?
