Marketing and Communications Support
The Marketing and Communications Department is here to help you look your best.⭐️ To ensure consistency in our branding, we ask that you request assistance in producing external materials (such as brochures, posters, website changes, advertising campaigns, etc.) and internal communication pieces (PowerPoint presentations, campus signage, office signage, etc.). Our most common requests are listed below, but you are welcome to schedule a meeting with a member of our office to discuss any material or questions about branding or marketing. If there is something you need that is not on the list, please reach out with this form. Please refer to our Style Guide below to review brand standard information such as color and logo usage, as well as clarification on email signatures and related topics. We can provide a specific version that will be best for your needs. Campus Calendar
In an effort to have a common calendar displaying scheduled activities and events, VCSU has launched the official campus calendar. There are multiple ways to add information to the calendar and multiple ways to view the calendar. SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO THE CAMPUS CALENDAR Option 1: Create an event in your Outlook calendar and invite vcsucampuscalendar@vcsu.edu Option 2: Submit your room request through the Facilities Event Request Form. Remember, any request for the Student Center and Alumni Room have their own process.
