This Returning Student Application is to be used by undergraduate students who have previously attended VCSU and are intending to return after having been out for one semester (fall or spring semester, summer does not apply) or who have graduated from a VCSU undergraduate program and would like to return. If you have attended any other college or university since attending VCSU, please have official transcript(s) sent to our office. You do NOT have to pay an application fee. Failure to provide all of the information requested below may cause delays in processing and registration. Once you submit your application, it will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and you will emailed more information.
