Pop-ups - Enable/Disable/Allow/Block
Google Chrome: To see blocked pop-ups for a site, follow the steps listed below: On your computer, open Chrome. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked . Click the link for the pop-up you want to see. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] > Done. To manually allow pop-ups from a site, follow the steps below: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click the "Menu" icon (three vertical dots) Click 'More Settings'. At the very bottom, click 'Advanced'. Under "Privacy and security," click 'Site settings'. Click 'Pop-ups and redirects'. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked. To Allow/block all pop-ups, follow the steps below: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click the "Menu" icon (three vertical dots) At the top right, click More Settings. At the bottom, click Advanced. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings. Click Pop-ups and redirects. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked. Please Note: Added Video demonstrating how to add a website to your "Allowed" list. Mozilla Firefox: To see blocked pop-ups for a site, follow the steps listed below: On your computer, open Firefox. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked, it will be noted with a in the address bar. Under the address bar, click Pop-up blocked 'Options'. You will be given the following options to choose from: Allow/block pop-ups for this site Edit Pop-up Blocker Options… Don’t show this message when pop-ups are blocked. (show the blocked pop-up) To access pop-up blocker settings, follow the steps below: At the top right of browser windows, Click the "Menu" button (3 horizontal bars icon) and choose 'Options'. Select the Privacy & Security panel a. Under the Permissions section, remove check mark from the box next to Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker all together b. A click on 'Exceptions...' opens a dialog box with a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups. c. The dialog box offers you the following choices: Allow: Click this to add a website to the exceptions list. Remove Site: Click this to remove a website from the exceptions list. Remove All Sites: Click this to remove all of the websites in the exceptions list Further detailed instructions see attached file along with instructions for Internet Explorer and Safari. How to Clear Web Browser Cache & Cookies
Occasionally web browsers have issues accessing information or a particular page does not load correctly or options and links on that web page do not work. WARNING! Clearing cache & cookies might cause you to have to log back into websites. Make sure you know your login credentials such as usernames and passwords before you continue. Google Chrome On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right of browser, click the "Menu" button (3 vertical dots) Click 'More tools' > 'Clear browsing data'. At the top, choose a time range. (To delete everything, select 'All time') Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. Click 'Clear data'. Mozilla Firefox Click the "Menu" button (3 horizontal bars) and choose 'Options'. Select the "Privacy & Security" panel. In the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click 'Clear Data' Remove the check mark in front of "Cookies and Site Data". With "Cached Web Content" checked, click the 'Clear' button. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved. Internet Explorer Open Internet Explorer 11 Click the Settings icon (top right corner) and click Safety Click Delete browsing history Check the Temporary Internet files and website files option Click Delete A confirmation message should appear. Apple Safari Click Safari Click Preferences Select Privacy, then click Manage Website Data Select Remove All, then Remove Now. Click Safari Click Preferences In the Preferences window, click the Advanced tab and make sure the checkbox next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar" is selected. How to turn off Google Chrome notifications
On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click the 3 dots for More and then select Settings. Click Privacy and security. Click on Site Settings. Click on Notifications. Under Allow, find the notification you want to remove and click the 3 dots for More. Select Remove. Close Chrome and open back up for changes to take effect.

How to Delete Saved Passwords in Browsers
How to Delete Passwords from Safari? After you're done writing down passwords elsewhere, you can move to eliminating all saved paroles and other login details in Safari. Follow these steps: Launch the Safari browser. In the menu bar, pick Safari > Preferences. Choose the 'Passwords' tab and enter the admin password if required. Select the password you want to delete. Press the 'Remove' button in the lower right corner of the window. How to Delete Saved Passwords in Chrome? Even though most Mac owners prefer Safari, the Chrome browser is often used alongside it. Backing up bookmarks in web browsers Chrome, Firefox, Safari
Export bookmarks in Chrome: 1. Open up Chrome. 2. Click on Bookmarks in the upper left-hand corner of the browser. 3. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the Bookmark Manager. 4. Select Export bookmarks. 5. Enter a name and select where the file will be exported. Click Save. Repeat steps 1 through 4 to import bookmarks into Chrome. Export bookmarks in Firefox: 1. Open up Firefox. 2. Click on the Menu in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Select Bookmarks. 3. Select Manage bookmarks at the bottom of the menu. 4. Click the symbol with an arrow pointing up and an arrow pointing down. 5. Select to export or import bookmarks. Export bookmarks in Safari: 1. Open up Safari. 2. Click on File in the menu bar. 3. Click on Export. Select Bookmarks. Campus Connection - Custom JavaScript error Cannot set properties of null (setting 'title') Screenshots of Issue: Cause of Issue: Customer recently upgrade to newer version of PeopleSoft / People Tools Troubleshooting steps: Log in using an Incognito Browser to determine if this is a Browser Cache issue. If the Incognito Browser works, clearing cookies and cache should fix the issue. Please see solution doc: How to Clear Browser Cache & Cookies If the above step does not work, proceed to step 2.
